I am currently working with this mainstream secondary school in Barking & Dagenham who are currently looking for a Sports coach to join them after the Christmas break. The successful candidate will be required to work closely with Years 7 & 8 where they will need to build rapport with students across the year groups. The sports coach will have a focus on creating a positive learning environment where they will also support the teacher with class management & students with challenging behaviour.
