We are seeking a Sponsorship Sales Manager to join a specialist B2B events business focused on technology and cybersecurity. The company delivers small, high-level summits, exclusive dinners, and networking events that connect senior decision-makers, including CIOs, CISOs, CDOs, CFOs, and other C-Suite executives.
The successful candidate will drive sponsorship revenue across an international portfolio, managing full sales cycles, building relationships with sponsors, and ensuring every event delivers maximum value.
Develop and execute sponsorship sales strategies that exceed revenue targets and build long-term partnerships.
Identify and qualify prospective sponsors, targeting senior decision-makers in technology and cybersecurity sectors.
Build, manage, and maintain strong relationships with sponsors, acting as a trusted advisor to maximize ROI.
Deliver tailored sponsorship proposals and presentations that clearly communicate the value of partnership.
Negotiate contracts and close deals that support both sponsor objectives and company growth.
Collaborate with marketing and event production teams to ensure sponsorship packages align with event content.
Maintain an organised sales pipeline, tracking progress and reporting on key metrics using CRM tools.
UK, Germany, Netherlands, France, Denmark, North America (including Canada)
2+ years' experience in sponsorship or B2B sales, ideally within technology or events.
Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage with senior executives.
Understanding of the B2B technology or cybersecurity landscape is a plus.
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with strong presentation capabilities.
