  • Good understanding of primary and secondary care and the aims and priorities of Health and Social Care.
  • Proven evidence of continuing professional development.
  • Proven knowledge of appropriate national policies e.g. NSFs, NICE.

Responsibilities

  • Provide triage and assessment for spinal pathways.
  • Undertake clinics and provide initial assessment and diagnosis.
  • Request investigations and list for procedures as needed.
  • Support spinal screening and provide high-level training.
  • Ensure service compliance with clinical governance.
