Qualifications

• HCPC registered and a member of the RCSLT.
• Ability to manage their own caseload effectively.
• Strong physical and mental resilience.
• Open to completing Team Teach positive behaviour support training.
• Access to own transport due to the semi-rural location.

Responsibilities

• Devise, develop, and implement therapy for individuals and small groups.
• Manage a caseload of approximately 18 students, setting termly targets.
• Assess students upon admission and conduct annual reviews.
• Supervise Therapy Assistants.
• Work within a multidisciplinary team alongside Occupational Therapists.
