Would you like to begin or continue your SLT career in a varied and exciting role within a dynamic and supportive Community Neurorehabilitation team? We are looking to recruit a Band 5 Speech and Language Therapist to join us within Hammersmith and Fulham. This role could suit either a new graduate or someone with experience at Band 5. The successful post holder will be fully supported to develop their skills in assessment and therapy for communication and dysphagia. The MDT team provides input to a wide range of adult clients with acquired and progressive neurological conditions while SLT also provide a dysphagia service for dementia and respiratory conditions. The role is based at Hammersmith Surgery, with opportunities for support and service development within the three Neurorehabilitation teams that comprise the Triborough service. We have multiple office bases across the Triborough, and also provide mobile working devices to allow you to work more flexibly. Settings are varied including client's homes, nursing homes, outpatient clinics and via virtual video sessions. A framework of regular supervision including 1:1, peer supervision, CPD and appraisal is in place. You will have opportunities to work with the wider multi-disciplinary team and to engage in service development. We are committed to supporting your training and development.
