Speech and Language Therapist - SEN Independent School, London

Location: Marylebone

Salary: Competitive Band 6 FTE (£35,392-£48,000), pro-rata for term-time + 3 days a week

Contract: Permanent, term-time only, 3 days a week.

Start Date: September 2025

We’re looking for a passionate Speech and Language Therapist to join our team! Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality speech and language therapy to children aged 5-18
  • Deliver tailored one-to-one and small group speech and language therapy sessions
  • Develop and review individual speech and language therapy programmes and goals
  • Assess and track communication progress and report back to parents and staff as a Speech and Language Therapist
  • Advise and train teaching staff on speech and language therapy strategies across the curriculum
  • Attend multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to EHCPs as the school's Speech and Language Therapist
About You
  • You will be an HCPC-registered Speech and Language Therapist with experience supporting neurodiverse students.
  • Proven skills as a Speech and Language Therapist delivering evidence-based interventions
  • Confidence working closely with teachers, SENCOs, OTs, and parents as the school's dedicated Speech and Language Therapist
  • Passion for making a difference as a Speech and Language Therapist every day
