Job summary

A UK-wide recruitment agency is seeking a Spectator Safety Assessor/Tutor to manage learner qualifications in Spectator Safety. Job Title: Spectator Safety Assessor/ Tutor

Location: X1 Wigan or London based

Salary: £29,000+ expenses / Benefits

Type: Full Time, Permanent (Hours to be discussed with your Recruiter)

Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of learners working towards qualifications in Spectator Safety up to Level 4.
• Deliver engaging training and support learners through their qualifications both in-person and online remote sessions (group and 1:1 basis) – role dependent.
• Manage your diary efficiently to ensure timely visits and reviews are conducted.
• Organise and maintain documentation on learners’ progress.
• Support, advise and motivate learners.
• Overcome barriers to learning and adapt delivery to meet learner’s needs.

Essential Criteria

• Must hold either an Assessors award (D32/33, A1, CAVA or TAQA) AND/OR a Level 3 Teaching qualification.
• Must hold own Level 3 in Spectator Safety (or above).
• Experience of delivering accredited courses is desirable.
• Happy to deliver training in-person and online.
• Hold solid occupational experience within Spectator Safety, as a Grounds Safety Supervisor or Officer.
• Driving licence and a vehicle – candidate must be flexible with travel.
