As a Specification Sales Manager, you will be responsible for promoting and selling the full range of single-ply roof systems, roofing membranes, thermal insulation, and composite roofing solutions. This is focused on mainly new-build projects but also refurbishment. The area you will be responsible for is Birmingham / West Midlands, Staffordshire, Warwickshire, Leicestershire, Nottinghamshire and Derbyshire.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Specification Selling: Engaging with architects, main contractors, and local authorities to specify roofing systems for projects.
  • Project Management: Tracking and supporting projects from specification stage through to completion via roofing contractors.
  • Client Engagement: Building relationships with decision-makers across a range of sectors.
  • Typical Projects: Schools, universities, hospitals, hotels, and other large-scale developments.

I am eager to talk to bright & energetic candidates who are on the “upward curve” who currently work within an affiliated product sector. This could include Flat Roofing, Roof Windows, Pitched Roofing, Cladding, Insulation or Facades. You will be in a Specification role currently and have experience of winning spec’s / project tracking / protecting spec’s etc.
