Who we’re looking for

A sharp detail-driven team leader with a passion for delivering top tier service, a person who is used to working in a fast-paced environment where every day brings a new challenge; this is a diverse hands-on role where you’ll work with frontline teams to ensure we exceed service expectations and build strong relationships with clients and employees alike.

What you’ll be doing
  • Lead & Inspire: Motivate develop support and work alongside cleaning teams to deliver exceptional service.
  • Manage Efficiently: Oversee recruitment work schedules employee relations and team performance while fostering a positive cohesive work environment.
  • Ensure Service Excellence: Drive compliance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs) across multiple sites or project-based assignments.
  • Monitor Budgets & Payroll: Keep costs in check while ensuring accurate payroll processing.
  • Build Relationships: Be the go-to person for customers and employees ensuring smooth operations and client satisfaction.
  • Champion Best Practices: Maintain cleaning plans and schedules troubleshoot issues and think on your feet in a fast-moving environment.
  • Stock Management: Ensure all sites have sufficient cleaning materials and consumables. Ensure the van supplies are sufficient and equipment is well kept.
