SANZA Teaching Agency is delighted to be working with a welcoming primary school in the London Borough of Camden that is opening a brand-new Autism Resource Provision (ARP). The school is seeking an experienced and dedicated Specialist Teacher to join their team on a full‑time basis.

About the role:
  • Teaching pupils predominantly in Years 2 and 3
  • Working within a newly established ARP setting
  • Full‑time position, Monday to Friday
  • Contract until July 2026, with a view to a permanent school contract thereafter
  • Paid to scale
  • Paid trial days available for successfully shortlisted candidates
The ideal candidate will:
  • Have proven previous experience working within an ARP or specialist SEND environment (essential)
  • Demonstrate strong knowledge of autism and inclusive primary teaching practices
  • Be patient, adaptable, and committed to supporting pupils with additional needs
  • Work collaboratively with support staff, SENCOs, and the wider school team
