A women's support organization in Greater London seeks a Specialist Support Worker to implement trauma-informed services. This permanent position involves working with vulnerable women and promoting anti-racist, feminist practices. You will collaborate closely with refuge leaders and managers to deliver essential support, with a strong emphasis on women's rights. You will work closely alongside the refuges Team Leader and Service Manager to implement and deliver a trauma informed approach to refuge services. We’re looking for a highly organised and self‑motivated woman who is passionate about ending violence against women, girls and children. You’ll have a ‘can‑do’ approach and demonstrable commitment to nia’s approach to prioritising women, upholding and promoting feminist, trauma‑informed and anti‑racist practice.
