Qualifications

  • Significant experience in shift leadership and management.
  • Evidence of clinical competencies appropriate to the role.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver evidence-based skilled specialist nursing care according to individual health needs.
  • Provide education, training, and support to non-registered and registered professionals.
  • Work within a rota covering 24 hours, ensuring safe nursing care.

Ability to care for children & young people with complex and fluctuating health needs and disabilities

Ability to teach and educate students, families and carers

Education

RN Child - current NMC Registration
A recognized teaching and assessing qualification
Child physical assessment module level 3
