OurChildren and Young People Mental Health Team in Tamworth are seeking an experienced Senior Mental Health Practitioner to join the Multi-Disciplinary Team. Our team includes as mix of Psychiatrists, Nursing, Social work, Occupational Therapy, Psychology, and support staff.
You will be part of wider Multi-Disciplinary Team (MDT) high quality, timely and comprehensive mental health service for children and young people (CYP) with a range of complex mental health needs. You will focus on evidence-based bio-psychosocial assessment and nursing specialist interventions, working towards evidence-based recovery. You will provide the co-ordination and collaboration in meeting the needs for a defined caseload working directly with CYP, their families/carers and external agencies.
