Are you ready to shape how Nike shows up on the ground in London and across the UK & Ireland – through styling, movement, and powerful instore storytelling?

As Specialist I, Retail Marketing, VMS, you’ll play a key role in bringing Nike’s Sport Offence to life in the city. Based in London, you’ll be part of the London key city and UK&I territory marketing team, ensuring our Nike Sport Marketplace feels pinnacle, inspiring and deeply connected to sport, youth and culture. From Running and Fitness to Football, your work will influence how Londoners experience Nike every single day.

Reporting directly to the Manager, Retail Marketing, VMS London UK & Ireland, you’ll sit at the intersection of consumer insight, retail excellence and creative execution – turning strategy into tangible, on-the-ground impact.

Your mission – Obsess the consumer journey in-store and elevate Nike’s Visual Merchandising & Styling across London and the UK&I. Through strong seasonal execution, daily styling excellence and close collaboration with store teams, you’ll help create retail environments that inspire movement, reflect culture and serve the business.

You’ll bring Nike’s global and geo strategies to life locally, ensuring every store experience connects meaningfully with London’s young, diverse and style conscious consumer – while continuously testing, learning and evolving how we show up.

Who You’ll Work With

You’ll collaborate fluidly across the London UK & Ireland Marketing team, working closely with Nike Direct, Retail Marketing, and cross functional partners at local, EMEA and global levels.

You’ll also partner with EMEA VMS team to stay aligned on strategy, share the best practices and continuously raise the bar on Visual Merchandising & Styling excellence.

A successful candidate will be expected to clearly demonstrate and articulate experience of the below essential requirements in order to be considered. Candidates that meet these criteria will then be assessed based on the competencies also outlined below.

  • VMS & Styling expertise: Some experience in Visual Merchandising or Styling with a strong eye for detail and storytelling.
  • Consumer & city insight: A clear understanding of the London consumer, the city’s cultural landscape, and Nike’s role within it.
  • Retail Passion: A deep love for retail excellence and the Nike brand.
  • Agility & growth mindset: A desire to test, learn and adapt quickly to evolving consumer and organisational needs.
  • Collaboration & influence: The ability to partner effectively, build trust quickly and empower others to deliver their best work.
  • A love of sport and interest in how we take it to the next level.

This is a role for someone who wants to shape Nike’s in-store presence where it matters most-on the ground, in the city, with the consumer at the centre.
