We are currently recruiting on behalf of a prestigious Indian event catering company based in Northolt, London, renowned for its exquisite South Asian cuisine and exceptional service at luxury weddings, corporate events, and private celebrations. Position Details

• Position: Specialist Curry Chef De Partie
• Employer: Acclaimed Prestige Event Caterer
• Location: Northolt, London
• Gross OTE salary package: £35,000 to £38,000 per annum
• Weekly working hours/days: 38 to 48 hours within 5 / 6 days

Responsibilities

You will be responsible for the skilful preparation of authentic Indian curry dishes, including regional specialties from North and South India. Working in a high-volume, fast-paced kitchen environment, you will contribute to the creation of menus for large-scale events and ensure consistency, quality, and presentation. You will also supervise junior kitchen staff and maintain high standards of hygiene and safety.

Qualifications and Attributes

Minimum Requirements: Eligibility to live and work in UK; Experience in the preparation of authentic high quality Indian Curry dishes & specialties; Technical knowledge of ingredient quality, sourcing, measuring & formulation; Industrial training in a world renowned culinary/hospitality institute; Ideal previous experience of at least 3 years in role; Relevant Health & Safety credentials and knowledge of HACCP protocols; Resident within commutable distance of up to one hour.
