We are currently recruiting on behalf of a prestigious Indian event catering company based in Northolt, London, renowned for its exquisite South Asian cuisine and exceptional service at luxury weddings, corporate events, and private celebrations. The business is known for its authentic flavours, meticulous presentation, and ability to deliver large-scale catering with precision and flair.
You will be responsible for the skilful preparation of authentic Indian curry dishes, including regional specialties from North and South India. Working in a high-volume, fast-paced kitchen environment, you will contribute to the creation of menus for large-scale events and ensure consistency, quality, and presentation. You will also supervise junior kitchen staff and maintain high standards of hygiene and safety.
Minimum Requirements: Eligibility to live and work in UK; Experience in the preparation of authentic high quality Indian Curry dishes & specialties; Technical knowledge of ingredient quality, sourcing, measuring & formulation; Industrial training in a world renowned culinary/hospitality institute; Ideal previous experience of at least 3 years in role; Relevant Health & Safety credentials and knowledge of HACCP protocols; Resident within commutable distance of up to one hour.
