A leading property consultancy in Sidmouth is seeking a Specialist CPO Surveyor to join their Estate Management & Valuation Department. Responsibilities include land assembly and managing compensation claims under the Compensation Code. The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of experience in a similar role, with professional chartered membership required. This is a full-time, permanent position with a competitive salary and benefits package.

Our highly regarded Estate Management & Valuation Department, carry out land assembly, negotiated acquisitions, and acquisitions through Compulsory Purchase or under the threat of Compulsory Purchase for a number of Acquiring Authorities across the South West Peninsula.
Following a recent retirement we have an exciting opportunity for a Specialist CPO Surveyor to join the team ideally on a full time, permanent basis, working 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday. Land assembly for highway schemes, exercising Compulsory Purchase powers, acquiring land and property interests via negotiation or through CPO powers, dealing with notices to enter and notices to treat, general vesting orders, blight notices, equivalent reinstatement claims, compensation claims to include severance and injurious affection, accommodation works, and ultimately Part 1 Claims. All dealings to be carried out in accordance with the Compensation Code.
