Position Details

• Position: Specialist Continental Chef De Partie
• Employer: Fine Dining Restaurant

• Gross OTE salary package: £32,000 to £35,000 per annum
• Weekly working hours/days: 38 to 48 hours within 5 / 6 days

Responsibilities

You will be responsible for preparing and presenting high-quality Continental dishes, contributing to a dynamic kitchen team that delivers exceptional dining experiences. Your expertise will help shape the menu and elevate the culinary standards of the establishment. You will also support junior kitchen staff through training and supervision.

Minimum Qualifications

• Eligibility to live and work in the UK
• Proven expertise in Continental cuisine, including European classics and modern interpretations
• Technical knowledge of ingredient quality, sourcing, measuring & formulation
• Previous experience of at least 3 years in this role and a minimum of 3 years of prior experience in escalating job roles
• Relevant Health & Safety credentials and knowledge of HACCP protocols
• Resident within commutable distance of up to one hour
