Qualifications

• Candidates must be HCPC registered and have a BSc in Biomedical Science or equivalent.
• A Specialist Diploma is desirable for Band 6 employment.
• Understanding of Quality Assurance and EQA required.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer care support to participants via email and telephone.
• Implement changes to client registrations and complete data analysis.
• Prepare routine EQA programmes and IQC material.
