Position Details
  • Position: Specialist Indo‑Chinese Chef De Partie
  • Employer: Prestigious Asian Weddings and Corporate Events Caterers
  • Location: West London
  • Salary: circa £38,000 plus share of service charge and targeted bonus
  • Working hours: up to 48 hours per week, 5 days (to be confirmed)
  • Benefits: 28 days paid holiday (pro‑rated), employer‑sponsored pension, employee care and wellbeing support, and more
Responsibilities

You will be responsible for the skilful preparation of high‑quality authentic Chinese dishes adapted for Indian palates at scale, for prestigious events such as Asian weddings and high‑end social and corporate events.

Minimum Requirements
  • Eligibility to live and work in the UK
  • Expertise in preparing Indo‑Chinese dishes for large events
  • Technical knowledge of ingredient quality, sourcing, measuring & formulation
  • At least 3 years’ experience in a similar role
  • Relevant Health & Safety credentials and knowledge of HACCP protocols
  • Resident within commutable distance of up to one hour
