Responsibilities
- Leading and motivating your team to deliver outstanding customer service.
- Taking on responsibility for your store in the absence of the Store Manager and/or the Assistant Manager
- Leading by example in ensuring that all store standards including customer service, health & safety and food hygiene are maintained.
- Taking responsibility for the updating and maintaining of store audits and administration procedures.
What we’re looking for / Qualifications
- Being a Supervisor requires you be a few things all at the same time. We need someone who can support the Store Manager, motivate the rest of the team all whilst making sure the day-to-day duties are completed. Our ideal person would also:
- Be enthusiastic, committed and self-motivated.
- Have some experience of delegating tasks and motivating a team.
- Have a customer-focused manner, remaining helpful and friendly when dealing with any situation.
- Have a flexible approach to working hours.
