Roles and Responsibilities

• Plan, prepare, and deliver stimulating Spanish lessons to students from beginner to advanced levels.
• Assess, record, and report on the development, progress, and attainment of students.
• Develop and update curriculum materials in line with departmental and school goals.
• Maintain a positive, safe, and engaging learning environment in the classroom.
• Participate in departmental meetings, school events, and extracurricular activities, such as a Spanish club or cultural trips.
• Communicate effectively with parents regarding student progress and well-being.
• Stay up-to-date with best practices in language teaching and curriculum development.

What We're Looking For

We are seeking a charismatic and highly effective educator who can bring energy and expertise to our department.

• A relevant teaching qualification (e.g., PGCE, M.Ed., or equivalent).
• Fluency or near-fluency in Spanish (native or near-native speaker preferred).
• Proven experience teaching Spanish at the secondary level.
