Key Responsibilities
- Perform a wide range of luxurious spa treatments including massages, facials, body treatments, and more.
- Deliver the highest quality treatments, ensuring exceptional guest satisfaction and a truly rejuvenating experience.
- Assess clients’ needs and recommend the most suitable treatments tailored to their preferences.
- Achieve sales and treatment targets while maintaining the highest standards of guest service.
- Maintain therapy rooms to ensure they are always clean, comfortable, and inviting.
- Ensure strict adherence to Health & Safety guidelines to maintain a safe and hygienic working environment.
- Offer personalised post‑treatment advice and recommend appropriate products for continued care.
- Stay updated with the latest spa industry trends and techniques to ensure guests receive the best treatments available.

Person Specification – Essentials
- Have a Level 3 Qualification in Beauty Therapy or equivalent.
- Have excellent customer service and communication skills with the ability to engage guests and create a memorable experience.
- Have the ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays to meet the needs of the business.
- Have exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining a hygienic, tidy, and well‑organised therapy space.
Person Specification – Desirables
- Proficiency in a wide variety of spa treatments and techniques.
- Previous experience working in a similar role within a high‑end spa or resort environment.
- Familiarity with Voya and Elemis products (advantage, not essential).
Further Information
- Part‑time and full‑time opportunities available, with a minimum commitment of 16 hours per week up to 40 hours per week.
- Shift hours: 0930‑1800hrs & 1030‑1900hrs.
- Requirement to work one weekend day per week.
- Rate of pay increases every 6 months for the first two years of service.
- Full flexibility is essential, as you will be expected to work as and when necessary to meet the needs of the team and the business.
