Job summary

A leading wellness therapy spa in Greater London is seeking a Massage Therapist to provide professional spa massages while ensuring high service standards. The role requires maintaining cleanliness in treatment areas and handling customer queries effectively. Candidates with a minimum of 1 year of experience are preferred, but training is available for new applicants. This position involves 6 days of work weekly in a dynamic spa environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience (non-experience is welcome to apply).
• Training is provided.

Responsibilities

• Provide consistent Professional Spa Massage in accordance with spa standards.
• Ensure high level of service standards.
• Responsible for the maintenance of cleanliness and neatness of spa facilities, treatment rooms, and other parts of the spa.
• Responsible for preparing the necessary treatment products, replenishment of stocks, towels supply etc.
• Handle customer queries and concerns efficiently and politely.
• Follow and comply with the instructions given by Spa Manager.
• 6 days work weekly.
