A regional health service in Scotland seeks a Band 6 Specialist Occupational Therapist. You will provide critical support for patients' hospital discharge and help them reintegrate safely at home. Strong clinical experience, excellent communication, and a commitment to community-based care are essential. 1 x 37 hours per week (Permanent) OR 2 x part‑time posts (Permanent)
£41,608- £50,702 (per annum, pro‑rata)

Aberdeenshire’s Occupational Therapy Service is delighted to offer a new Band 6 post for an experienced and dynamic Occupational Therapist to join our community rehab teams and help shape and deliver the Discharge to Assess (D2A) model across the region. We are seeking motivated, enthusiastic, and forward‑thinking professionals to join our teams based in North Aberdeenshire. The role will be pivotal in supporting the early discharge of patients from hospital, and enabling safe and effective rehab and enablement at home.
A full clean UK driving licence and a car available for business use is essential.

There will be an expectation to provide services over 7 days, including weekends, public holidays and extended hours, where required, to meet the need of services.
