What you’ll be doing:

Our food is crafted onsite by passionate people using the best ingredients and we know that a balanced, plant focused, natural, fresh and sustainable menu will increase the productivity of our customers and keep them motivated and happy whilst at work.

We provide amazing food, create inviting spaces, and develop engaging environments that inspire, motivate and unite our customers.

We are looking for a talented, enthusiastic and experienced Sous Chef to join our dedicated catering team, who produce outstanding food using the finest and freshest ingredients in this highly innovative Independent School environment.

More about the role:

The site is busy co‑ed day school feeding 1050 per day.

We serve a retail breakfast.

Full lunch service with ages from 3 and a half to 18 years plus staff.

Knowledge and understanding of allergens is crucial to the role.

We also cater for sports teas mid‑week and Saturdays during term time.

There are a several fine dining events through out the year ranging from intimate affairs for 20 along with Summer Ball and prize giving for 500.
