Position Overview

Senior Sous Chef at Virgin Media in Paddington, serving senior clients at the head office. Deliver services across breakfast, lunch, hospitality and a coffee shop, working within a talented team of 10 and serving up to 700 customers on site. Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with senior clients at the highest level.
• Deliver services across breakfast, lunch, hospitality, and a coffee shop.
• Work within a talented team of 10 serving up to 700 customers on‑site.
• Step in for the head chef during absences to ensure smooth kitchen operations.
• Assist the head chef in creating, ordering, and compiling weekly menus.
• Share responsibility for daily Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) standards.
• Maintain excellence in food quality and customer service, ensuring high standards are met.
• Collaborate with the head chef to manage kitchen areas and team performance.

Candidate Profile

• Proven experience at Sous Chef level within contract catering, preferably B&I, demonstrating culinary expertise and leadership.
