Qualifications

  • Current role as Senior Chef de Partie or Junior Sous Chef.

  • Maintain high food standards and consistency.
  • Assist with training junior team members.

We're looking for an ambitious Junior Sous Chef to join our kitchen team at a well-established traditional pub in the City of London. This role is ideal for a Junior Sous-chef or Senior CDP who's ready to take the next step and develop into a strong sous chef under the guidance of an excellent Head Chef, within a friendly, supportive kitchen with a great team atmosphere. What we offer:

  • From 30 hours per with more hours during peak season
  • Sundays off
