We are currently working with a stunning three star hotel situated in Hunstanton in Norfolk. The Hotel is located in the stunning Norfolk coast with sweeping, panoramic views.

We are looking for a sous chef to help oversee the running of this great kitchen. You will have experience to at level.

Live in accommodation might be available to help with relocation and the salary on offer is up to £24,000

Typical duties will include:
  • Working closely with the head chef in regards to the food offering and menu development
  • Ensuring quality and health and safety standards are adhered to
  • Ensuring stock is correctly stored and rotated
  • Ordering and negotiating with suppliers
  • Ensuring equipment is well maintained
  • Helping to facilitate the ongoing training and development of the junior chefs
Ideal candidates for the role:
  • You will have wedding and banqueting experience
  • You will have a genuine passion for fine dining cuisine
