A popular Thai restaurant group is seeking a Senior Wok Chef to join their team in York and North Yorkshire, assisting the Head Chef in leading the kitchen. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in cooking Asian cuisine, especially with a wok, and a minimum of one year as a Sous Chef in a restaurant. Qualifications

• Strong experience in cooking Asian cuisine, confident in using a wok.
• Minimum of 1 year working as a Sous Chef in a casual or fine dining restaurant.
• Responsible for assisting the Head Chef in maintaining food quality.

WHAT DO YOU BRING TO THE TABLE:

• Someone with a strong experience of cooking Asian cuisine and confident in utilising a wok
• Ideally a minimum of 1 year working a Sous chef in a casual or fine dining restaurant
• As a senior chef you will be responsible in assisting the Head Chef in leading the kitchen and ensuring our food is of the highest quality
