A much-loved restaurant is opening its flagship site in the heart of Central London in February 2026. This is a rare opportunity for a Senior Sous Chef or Sous Chef to join at a defining moment and help shape the future of a highly respected, produce-led restaurant group.

This flagship will celebrate a style of cooking rooted in simplicity, seasonality and restraint. Dishes are built around outstanding ingredients, treated with respect and clarity rather than complication.
