Dish hospitality are delighted to be working on this superb Sous chef opportunity for our market leading client who operate this lovely country inn in this lovely village situated close to Bakewell in the stunning Derbyshire countryside.

We require a sous chef to join the team providing a classically British menu with a few modern twists, with everything made in house, this really is a position that can put a real quality mark on your CV.

Ideal Candidate
  • From a similar background, working with fresh food, be it in a Hotel, restaurant or gastro pub environment
  • Have experience working within a medium sized team, and have the skills to enthuse & engage junior chefs
  • Experience running the kitchen in Heads chefs absence
  • A keen eye for seasonal produce & experience in menu planning, stock control & kitchen management
  • Have means of transport due to semi-rural location, although the Inn is commutable from Chesterfield, Mansfield & Bakewell, although accommodation options are available
