Our Procurement and Supply Chain teams operate as one central function, helping to deliver great performance and value for our organisation and our Customers.
We are looking for a Sourcing Specialist to join our Procurement Supply Chain division in our Motor and Rescue Category. You will report to our Senior Sourcing Manager. The Motor & Rescue P&SC team covers categories including mobility provision, salvage, repair, legal services, rescue networks, glazing, and more.
You will lead sourcing projects and support procurement colleagues on strategic projects and category-wide plans. You will develop category strategies through data analysis and intelligence gathering, leveraging supplier and industry knowledge.
You will support procurement projects by providing guidance on the procurement process, negotiating, and preparing contractual documentation.
You will build credible relationships with partners through procurement expertise, commercial insights, and effective communication. You will also demonstrate and promote the use of E-sourcing systems in RFX activities across Procurement and stakeholder networks.
We seek candidates with some sourcing experience, regardless of industry or category. Experience within the motor and rescue sector is desirable but not essential.
