Qualifications

• Proven experience in a similar role, preferably on large scale infrastructure projects.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Knowledge of construction regulations and best practices.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Full UK drivers licence required.
• A fit for work medical and valid CSCS card is essential.
• BPSS Security Clearance is required.

Responsibilities

• Support the Design Engineering team in managing project delivery.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Review design drawings and communicate with designers.
• Monitor project progress against programmes and report variances.
• Ensure community and stakeholder requirements are considered.
• Delegate responsibilities as needed, maintaining budget conformity.
• Lead and mentor Site Engineers and Apprentices.
