This is part of a brand-new team where you can be equal parts tech guru and customer whisperer. You’ll be the person who dives into the deepest containers, wrangles Kubernetes like a pro, and makes DevOps teams breathe a sigh of relief. Your day might include onboarding a new customer, crafting smart observability strategies, and somehow explaining complex concepts to a C-level exec without using interpretive dance (unless that’s your thing, then we support it).
The role is open to all. You’ll perhaps already be in a role like this, which is customer-driven, looking for the next step, and to build on what you already know. Or you could be working as a hands-on engineer, casting your eye across the office to see what it’s like on the other side of the tracks and liaising directly with customers.
