What You’ll Do as a Solutions Architect

• Design and implement scalable, secure IT solutions (networking, cloud, cybersecurity, apps, M365, and more).
• Work closely with clients to align technology with business needs.
• Partner with engineers to deliver projects with excellence.
• Support sales with technical expertise, proposals, and roadmaps.
• Mentor team members and help shape our product & service standards.

Qualifications

• Associate or bachelor’s degree in IT or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years experience designing solutions in an MSP or IT services environment
• Microsoft 365 Cloud Solutions (AD, Cloud Identities, Intune, Hello for Business, Defender for Endpoint, Exchange, Azure AD).
• Windows Server, SAN, VMware, Hyper-V, Active Directory, Exchange (On-Prem & Office 365), file server migrations, Azure AD integrations, Azure Intune & Endpoint Manager, and hybrid Azure/AD deployments.
• Business continuity tools (VEEAM, Datto preferred).
• Networking (Ubiquiti, SonicWALL) and desktop imaging knowledge.
• Relevant certifications such as MCP, MCSA, CCNA, Security +, Microsoft 365 are highly valued.
• Solution-focused and motivated, with a strong client-service mindset.
• Excellent communicator able to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences (including executives).
• Self-starter with the ability to prioritize and plan complex projects in a fast-moving environment.
• A strong thinker and problem-solver with a collaborative, team-first attitude.
