My client is seeking an experienced Solution Architect to lead the design, implementation, and optimization of our ERP ecosystem.

In this role, you will act as the strategic link between business stakeholders and technical teams—ensuring organisational needs are translated into scalable, compliant, and future-proof solutions.

You will oversee delivery from architecture to deployment using agile methodologies, while enabling operational readiness through documentation, training, and stakeholder engagement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and lead ERP solution architecture, including system integration strategy.
  • Manage end-to-end project execution : planning, scheduling, budgeting, risk mitigation, and quality assurance.
  • Serve as a liaison between business and IT—facilitating workshops and ensuring alignment across teams.
  • Lead requirements gathering, business analysis, and solution validation.
  • Translate complex technical concepts for non-technical audiences and manage expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Develop documentation, training materials, and user support frameworks.
  • Monitor implementation progress to ensure high-quality, on-time delivery.
