Overview

Are you passionate about designing innovative solutions that drive business success? Join our dynamic team as a Solution Architect. You will play a crucial role in defining and communicating the structure and dynamics of solutions that meet key stakeholder requirements, identifying architectural risks, and providing recommendations for mitigation.

Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with Enterprise Architects and business stakeholders to capture, maintain, and evolve current state architecture.
  • Adhere to established IT principles, governance models, and data policies with key IT and business sponsors/stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with Business Analysts and stakeholders from Sales, Network Operations, Finance, and strategic 3rd party suppliers to gather and refine requirements, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Assess internal functions, systems, business strategies, and IT processes to identify enhancements that support CityFibre’s future strategies and goals.
  • Ensure alignment between business and technology by connecting the organisation’s mission, strategy, and processes to its technology strategy, and document this through architectural models or views.
  • Manage or assist in the delivery of technical solutions that provide business advantages through effective design.
What you’ll bring to the role
  • In-depth expertise in designing and implementing Salesforce-based solutions within a Telecoms environment.
  • Experience with Telecoms, IT industry, and Enterprise Architecture best practice methodologies, processes, functions, and data maps (e.g., TM Forum, TOGAF, ITIL, BPMN, UML).
  • Demonstrable expertise in designing and implementing Salesforce-based solutions in a Telecoms environment.
  • Ability to create prototypes of proposed solutions in Salesforce and ServiceNow.
  • Ability to define and articulate complex technical solutions to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Demonstrable experience with cloud deployments (ideally AWS).
  • Experience with reverse engineering undocumented legacy systems and software, including data models.
