Our client is seeking a Family Law Solicitor to manage an extensive caseload spanning divorce and separation, high‑net‑worth financial matters, private childcare arrangements, non‑molestation and occupation orders, public law care proceedings and cohabitation disputes.

Responsibilities
  • Take full instructions, prepare statements and drafting consent orders.
  • Manage disclosure, engage in case conferences and prepare bundles for hearings.
  • Represent clients at court.
  • Collaborate with barristers, social workers, mediators and other professionals to ensure all matters progress efficiently and clients receive exceptional service.
Qualifications
  • Qualified solicitor with solid Family Law experience.
  • Knowledge of both public and private family matters.
