A long standing client, a successful Top 100 UK law firm is looking for a Commercial Property Solicitor with 2+ years' PQE to join its busy Commercial Property team in Guildford.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a solicitor looking to progress their career in a supportive team, working on high-quality, varied property transactions across Surrey and the South East.

The successful candidate will handle a broad range of commercial property matters, working closely with partners and clients.

Key responsibilities include:

• Acting on freehold and leasehold acquisitions and disposals
• Drafting and negotiating commercial leases and licenses
• Advising on property due diligence for acquisitions and corporate transactions
• Supporting clients on landlord and tenant issues
• Managing your own caseload while working collaboratively with the team

I am keen to speak with someone who:

• Has 2+ years' PQE in commercial property law or similar
• Demonstrates strong technical knowledge and attention to detail
• Enjoys working directly with clients and building strong relationships
• Is proactive, commercially minded and able to manage a varied caseload
