The Role

As a part of this highly regarded, award-winning team you will handle mainly claimant, clinical negligence cases from start to finish, conducting legal research, drafting legal documents, negotiating settlements, and representing clients in court. You will be expected to positively contribute and take part in business development.

You can expect no shortage of work as the vast majority of work comes through recommendations and the firm attracts both high-value, complex cases and smaller, more straight-forward claims.

  • You will be a qualified Clinical / Medical Negligence Solicitor
  • You will have the ability to manage your own caseload with limited or no supervision
