An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Associate-level Personal Injury Solicitor or CILEx Lawyer to join a specialist team working on military personal injury cases. This role offers the chance to handle a varied caseload of high-profile and politically sensitive matters, supporting service personnel, veterans, and their families.
The successful candidate will be responsible for running a caseload under supervision, dealing with complex and high-value litigation. Applicants should ideally have 3-5 years’ PQE, with experience in military claims and an understanding of the unique challenges involved in bringing claims against the Ministry of Defence. Knowledge of the Armed Forces Compensation Scheme (AFCS) and Armed Forces Pension Schemes would be advantageous.
