Supporting Clients with Personal and Estate Matters

Their Private Client team in Leeds supports a diverse range of high-net-worth clients on intricate estate planning, trusts, tax, and succession issues. About the Role


  • Advising on wills, trusts, probate, and estate planning for individuals and families


  • Providing guidance on inheritance tax and capital gains tax matters


  • Managing a diverse caseload with a focus on high-quality client service


  • Drafting legal documents and correspondence


  • Supporting senior lawyers with complex matters and client meetings


  • Contributing to team development and knowledge sharing



About You – Essential


  • Qualified Solicitor in England & Wales with 2+ years’ PQE in private client work


  • Experience advising on wills, trusts, probate, and tax planning


  • Strong technical and drafting skills


  • Excellent client care and communication abilities


  • Organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage competing priorities



About You – Desirable


  • Progress towards STEP qualification


  • Interest in cross-border estate and tax planning


  • Experience working with high-net-worth clients
