A leading housing provider is seeking an experienced Solicitor to join their Housing Litigation team in Worcester. The successful candidate will manage a caseload of housing management claims and provide legal advice. Ideal candidates should have over 5 years of PQE in housing law and a strong understanding of civil procedure. Competitive salary and flexible working arrangements are offered.

We have an opportunity for a Solicitor to join our Housing Litigation team, based in Worcester. The current Housing Litigation Team comprises 10 and runs pre-action and litigated claims including housing conditions/disrepair, possession, and injunctions. The Housing Litigation team is part of the wider large Legal & Governance Department of Corporate Services.
The ideal candidate will be a team player with a strong work ethic and collaborative approach.
