Job summary

A leading childcare agency in Newbury is seeking a caring and proactive Nanny to work three flexible days a week with two children, a 9-month-old and a 2.5-year-old. The ideal candidate will have child care qualifications and at least two years of experience working with young children. Responsibilities include drop-off and pick-up from nursery, meal planning, engaging in fun and age-appropriate activities, and general nursery duties. The salary is £18 gross per hour, with a car provided for use while on duty.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years of experience working with children of similar ages.
• Essential childcare qualifications required.
• Up to date DBS on the update service and a 12-hour Paediatric First Aid Certificate or willingness to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Care for a 9-month-old and a 2.5-year-old in a sole charge role.
• Drop off and pick up the 2.5-year-old from nursery.
• Plan and prepare meals, engage in fun activities, and oversee nursery duties.
