Software Support Coordinator

Bridgwater (Office Based)
£28,000 - £35,000 + Development + Extensive Training

An excellent opportunity awaits a customer and IT‑minded professional to join an established IT solutions provider in a role offering great variety, strong development, and extensive training opportunities.

This company is a well‑established IT services business providing technology solutions and support services to SME businesses across England.

In this role, you will bridge the gap between clients and technical teams by providing pre‑sales technical and post‑sales IT implementation support. You will ensure troubleshooting, systems configuration, and user training are completed effectively based on a strong understanding of each client's technical and business needs. Training includes IT systems and software such as PowerBI and SQL, as well as project management certifications such as Prince2. This role is based on‑site in Bridgwater, Monday to Friday.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of SMEs and the IT and business challenges they face. You will be IT proficient, coming from IT Support or IT Engineering backgrounds and looking for a more client‑facing role, or a client‑focused person looking to move into a more IT or software support‑focused position with long‑term development and progression.

Responsibilities
