Responsibilities
  • Answering support calls and emails relating to the company’s software and hardware systems within agreed SLA's.
  • Assisting clients with local computer/device issues that affect the company’s systems.
  • Configuring mobile phones and printers.
  • Configuring new client accounts.
  • Assisting software developers with system development, testing and bug fixes.
  • Administering internal support and client management systems.
  • Assisting with company administration functions.
  • Covering the helpdesk out of hours on a rota basis.
