A leading financial institution seeks a Software Engineer Principal to oversee Retail Data Products delivery. Based in multiple locations including Birmingham, this role involves stakeholder management, software solution design, and leadership. As a Software Engineer Principal (Data Product Domain Lead - Retail) within PNC's Technology organization, you will be based in Pittsburgh, PA, Strongsville, OH, Dallas, TX or Birmingham, AL. The position is primarily based in a PNC location; responsibilities require time in the office or in the field on a regular basis. Some responsibilities may be performed remotely at the manager’s discretion.
The role provides strategic leadership for Data Products delivery aligned to the Retail Deposits data domain / Line of Business.

Base Salary: $65,000.00 – $187,200.00. Salaries may vary based on geographic location, market data and on individual skills, experience, and education. This role is incentive eligible with the payment based upon company, business and/or individual performance.
Generally, this opening is expected to be posted for two business days from 09/23/2025, although it may be longer with business discretion.
