Job description

Supporting a UK-wide network of over 5,000 local, expert technology providers, Giacom makes it really simple for technology resellers and MSPs to access everything they need to create brilliant technology solutions for UK businesses.

You will be key part of a growing, highly skilled, and supportive team of developers producing elegant, high-quality code. Incorporating efficient use of best practices to deliver robust solutions whilst meeting key deadlines.

This is a mid-level software engineer role, to work primarily within the .Net tech stack.

This role is a hybrid role with the expectation of 1-2 days per week, working from our Hessle office (nr Hull).

What you'll be doing
  • Write clean code to execute business requirements
  • Ensuring quality is maintained throughout the software development lifecycle in its entirety while delivering solutions on-time and on-budget.
  • Assist with analysing and resolving technical and application problems.
Your Qualifications
  • Knowledge and experience of C# .NET (Web API, MVC)
  • Expertise in Entity Framework and MS SQL
  • Experience with Azure or AWS
  • Exposure to VB.NET, TFS, Git, Windows Workflow Foundation, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
