Software Engineer - B2B2C Health Scale-up | Up to £80,000 + Equity | London (Hybrid – 2 days in office)

As a Software Engineer, you’ll join a small, experienced engineering team and work within a cross‑functional squad alongside a Product Manager and Product Designer.

This is a hands‑on role where you’ll contribute across the stack, building clean, well‑considered software that directly supports customer outcomes. You’ll work iteratively, shipping at pace while maintaining a high bar for quality, collaboration and maintainability.

You won’t be operating in isolation - this is a supportive, well‑structured environment with clear direction, strong product thinking and a shared sense of purpose.
