Interview Process

• 3. Culture fit call with a product manager - 60 mins
• 4. Technical workshop with Niclas - 90 mins + A pair programming session or a presentation of something you've built, the choice is yours
• 5. Culture fit calls with our co-founders Jamie and James - 30 mins each

Our engineering problems are plenty and we have chosen Clojure as the tool to solve them. Team

The engineering team today consists of: Ferdinand, Iván, Jacob, Lukas and Niclas. We wish to expand the team with 3 more team members that can balance our strengths and weaknesses and help Scarlet build fantastic products. We're looking for ambitious teammates who have at least a few years of experience, have an insatiable hunger to learn, and want to do the most important work of their career!

• Low/no scheduled meetings: Keep meetings to a minimum-no daily stand‑ups or agile ceremonies.
